Unilever’s Dove – and its Dove Men+Care Deodorant – are partnering with college football Hall of Famers for a new campaign.

Dove Men’s “Caring Coach of the Year” award will honor four deserving youth football coaches across the United States. Bob Stoops, head college football coach, is also partnering with the brand. Stoops will help select the award recipients, while assisting the brand in the development of an upcoming free, coach-sourced curriculum designed to help coaches shape the next generation of leaders.

Dove Men says its research has shown that 9 in 10 coaches today believe coaching enriches their lives. The campaign will showcase how men who coach are enriched by the opportunities to mentor and support those around them, and by acting as positive role models in their communities.

Stoops commented, “Coaching has enabled me to not only show my players how to become better people off the field, but also to value myself more as a leader in my community and as a support system for those around me. I am glad to be working with Dove Men+Care Deodorant to acknowledge other coaches like me and to provide them with the tools they need to be the best coaches they can be.”
